Tds deduction on expenses bills

Hello Sir,

I am working as an accountant in pathology and laboratory Pvt Ltd.

I have a question regarding TDS deduction.I have received a bill of repairs and maintenance expenses worth ₹ 84000 /-

Payment have to be made in cash basis. If I pay the bill by different amount below ₹ 30000/-on different dates than tell me is the TDS may applicable on payment or on bill issued by party.!
