Hello,

I had a query on the Professions/Professionals covered under Sec.44ADA (Read with 44AA sub-section 1).

1. Can a B.Com/M.com Graduate (not a professional) providing Accountancy/Management services be eligible to claim Presumptive income under Section 44ADA.?

2. Is there is a List of "other profession notified by the Board" as mentioned in Sec 44AA (1)?

Pls suggest with relevant case Laws/Notifications/Clarifications Etc.
