JOB WORK to abroad

Dear Expert,

We, a 100% EOU is decided to sending material for job work to abroad. Could you clarify the procedure under FTP with relevant notifications.

As per para 6.14 of Chapter 6 of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) (As on 30 June 2019), "EOU/EHTP/STP/BTP units may sub - contract part of production process abroad and send intermediate products abroad as mentioned in LoP. No permission would be required when goods are sought to be exported from sub - contractor premises abroad. When goods are sought to be brought back, prior intimation to concerned DC and Customs authorities shall be given.
