Shipping bill is not available in EDPMS

After export to Nepal , relevant documents submitted at our bank.

Now the got a mail from my bank that document are on hold as shipping bill is not avalable in EDPMS.

Kindly suggest , how to make avalable in EDPMS .

Dear Mr Sushant,

Please contact your C&F Agent , he will get it done with customs officer in the port where goods are exported.
