DEAR SIR I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY COSTUMER WHO HAVE TWO PAN CARD. I HAVE SUGGEST TO THEM TO SURRENDING A PAN CARD AND HE DO..BUT TILL NOW HIS PAN CARD NOT SURRENDED BY ITD..
