How to upload ANF 2D for policy relaxation as per FTP

We have to upload form ANF-2D (Application format for seeking policy/procedure relaxation in terms of para 2.58 of FTP. Pls Help.

Policy relaxation under the Foreign Trade Policy can be sought online via the DGFT eCom portal using the PRC form. Submission of an application for policy relaxation under the Foreign Trade Policy is effected by filing form ANF-2D online via the DGFT eCom portal: access the DGFT eCom applications page, select the PRC online form, complete the required fields, and submit through the portal. You can upload online. Kindly visit the link "http://dgftcom.nic.in/eComapplications.html" and select the form PRC online. Fill it and submit.
