This is in relation to new composition scheme for services under notif 2/2019 central tax (rate) dt 7/3/19, wherein it clearly states it is not covered by section 10. When we go to GST portal, CMP-02 form for opting for composition asks us for a declaration under Section 10. We have written to the Jurisdictional officer for our opting under this scheme. But is there a way to opt this in the GST portal
