Sir,

As per GST law, no permission is required from GST authorities for sending the goods for job work without payment of GST.

Is JOB work permission required from Export Promision Council for EOU units?. Please confirm.

You may get permission from your jurisdictional development Commissioner. Export Promotion Councils do indulge in such routine work as they are not the appropriate authority in this connection.

Generally, Job Work units will not be allowed to be tagged as an EOU. As they need to show Positive VA & forms of products needed to be changed via Manufacturing.
