Please clarify you query that under which legislation you need to download duplicate certificate.

I guess you refer to Service Tax as the query has the word. You log in to www.aces.gov.in and try to get the certificate.

Hope that you would have downloaded the Service Tax Certificate. If not then you may visit to the Jurisdictional GST Office for the same and request to the concerned superintendent for generation of duplication S.T. Certificate.
