When a private limited company is converted into LLP all the accounts are to be transferred in the LLP account. The tax case laws are accordingly name changed by virtue of conversion. Likewise PAN also.
in my view , tax payment can be done from any bank account. it is not necessary to match the name of the company with the name in the bank account.
