10% contribution by Government in EPF of new employees

Government contribution to EPF applies only to employees newly enrolled in EPF; existing PF members are not eligible.
Government contribution to EPF is limited to new enrolments in EPF on or after April 1, 2018; existing provident fund members who already have UAN or prior PF membership are not eligible, while a person without a prior UAN enrolled for the first time on or after that date is eligible. (AI Summary)

I want to know that if any existing employee of a company whose salary is greater than the specified limit of EPF act, registered under EPF voluntary by his/her employer on or after 01-04-2018 and his employer makes contribution and he/she him/herself makes contribution in EPF. Then whether he/she will eligible for contribution of 10% by government for 3 years as per Budget-2018?
