I have an export order from Germany for Used Cell Phone Printed Circuit Boards HS Code No. 85177090 . I made all export documents as required but Customs refuse to allow this export without any reason, saying this is a sensitive item. All my purchase are GST paid and this item does not appear under the DGFT Restricted List. How can I convince the Customs to allow this export ?
