Issue relating to online MEIS & DBK

At present we know the normal traditional methods of claiming DBK & MEIS but we are unable to file claim online.

It would be great help if you help us to solve our FAQs

1. Is Digital Signature class 2 allowed to sign and submit docs online in DGFT for above benefits or class 3 required ??

2. Will online mode bring complete freedom of visiting or sending docs to DGFT ??

3. Please do list the steps and procedures to upload documents like EBRC , etc ??

In my view class 3 type DSC would be required.

1. Class 2, we are using it.
2. No, for various other work you need to visit the DGFT office.
3. On DGFT website click on E-BRC and fill the required information.
