Quarterly Return filing date

Hi,

Could you please confirm the Quarterly tax return filing date. As per income tax circular 1/2017, the due dates are 15th January and 15th Mary 2017 for Q3 and Q4 respectively. however one of the communication received from NSDL is 31st January and 31st may.

Could you please confirm the dates.

The communication received from NSDL is correct. The due date has been amendedvide NOTIFICATION NO. 30/2016 New Delhi, the 29th April, 2016.
