Is it mandatory for startup textiles export company to do registration in export promotion council and get RCMC certificate?

Can we export goods without RCMC certificate?

If you find

FREE = Only IEC code issued from dgft.gov.in is enough

RESPECTED = More Certification like RCMC is Required

PROHIBITED = You can not export that product.
