Dear Sir,

We are unable to modify/ Amend IEC Code on DGFT site.

Please note that we have applied for modification in IEC no. 0494007907 vide

ECom no AA/AP/K90/54E00/0909/6398

File no. : 380413180012/AM17 key no. 380001154 on Dated. 17.06.2016

By Mistake this application was submitted to (38) Chennai EPZ. So, system is showing that application is rejected.

Now, we have to make some modification our IEC Code i.e. change in branch address, addition of new branch in IEC and registered office.

1) Online system is allowing us to veiw the details

2) We are unable to Edit Details, system is showing “ access is denied.”

3) system is also showing that application rejected by (38) Chennai EPZ.

Kindly advice solution.

Dear Sir,

Kindly advice if we have to submit Original IEC and hard copy of documents for Modification of IEC.

Our company has obtain IEC Code from Chennai.

But, Chennai office or factory is not in list of branches and not even main office.

Now our company's main office is in Faridabad, Haryana, factory is in Gurgaon, Haryana and one more branch in Gurgaon, Haryana.

We have feed required modification on DGFT Site. Please advice in Which Branch of DGFT we have to submit digitally signed application for modification in IEC CODE.
