I want to know wheather ' Wealth tax registration ' is required for already ' a certified registered chatered engineer ' of Government of kerala ( Reg.No. E-2050/08/7670/KKD/305/2015/EA) to do valuation for banks.

If yes, what are procedures to get a ' Wealth Tax Registration'.

In my view wealth tax act is not applicable. Not in force.

Yes , it is required to be registered under Section 34 AB (2) of the Wealth Tax Act.
