Sec 271 of companies act 2013 have notified yet or not? And if I have to sent legal notice then under which section it should be sent either 271 of companies act 2013 or 433 of companies act 1956

The provisions relating to winding up have not yet been notified. You have to send notice under Section 433 of the Companies Act, 1956.
