During company registration along with other registrations do I need to register for 'Share Certificate' and 'Statutory Register'. Is it mandatory?

Thanks for your reply. Currently I am in process of registering for an OPC ccompany and I am the single director. Do I need to apply for share certificate and statutory registers. Is it mandatory during initially starting a company?
