Facilitation centres under GST expected to assist tax payment and returns, with government and private training supporting professionals.
Query concerns preparatory training and authorised facilitation under GST. The GST framework provides for a Facilitation Centre to assist with tax payment and return preparation. The department is expected to arrange training while private trainers, articles, books and online resources supplement professional education. Respondents note implementation timing pressures and stakeholder calls for more lead time to operationalise systems and compliance processes. (AI Summary)

Dear sir,

Whether there will be any practical training programmes for professionals before implementation of the Act. And any facilitation centers are given authorized for tax payment and return preparation schemes

Sir the time is very short. The implementation is a challenge for assesses and to the Government as well. The industries says that atleast atleat 6 months time will be required to implement GST. But as things are moving fast, the date of effective of GST would be on time. But since so many task on the pending it seems unviable . Thanks.
