A client having Excise Registration and operate manufacturing unit under body corporate constitution. Now they have decided to start the same manufacturing unit in other district under the same constitution. now my doubt is whether they will apply for new RC (or) obtained enough of branch endorsement...Please give brief clarification.

You have obtain new registration, no any endorsement is allow. because no any provision in rules.

your client have start manufacturing unit in other district than range and division will be different. that's way new registration is req.
