Private Bonded ware house new regulation for existing units

As per NTF 70/2016 Customs(NT) serial no. 9, existing private bonded ware houses have to submit an undertaking to principal commissioner within 3 months from 14-may-2016.

But, the format of the undertaking is not released so far and no communication from range office also.

please suggest as to how to proceed.
