Greetings..Kindly give advise for ER1 revised return. I filed ER 1 online for the month of May 2016. Now i want to revised the return.

I gave e-mail message to ACES help desk. They replied as follow: -

"At presently Central Excise revise return functionality is not implemented in ACES. It is work in progress with application team.

We will surely inform you once the revise return functionality implemented in ACES.

Note : For further clarification kindly contact your Range Officer."

Sir, as provided in the budget that assesse can file revised return by the end of the month in which the original return was filed. Now since the template is not made available the said timeline also to be extended for the first time. This is my view. Thanks.
