Dear All

We are doing export of edible oil consumer pack up to 5 Kg as per the following Notification

DGFT Notification No. 08/2015-2020 Date 18-05-2016

We have a plan to import Crude Sunflower Oil in BULK from Malaysia and after processing export to other countries same import quantity IN BULK. At the time of import we will intimate to the CUSTOMS “ IMPORT ONLY FOR EXPORT” . Plz enlighten to us whether such import is allowed and the conditions to be followed.

Note: Export of Domestic edible oil is prohibited and only export of consumer packs is only allowed. But in our case we are importing and exporting
