Import and Re Export of Machine

Dear Sir,

Dear Experts Please advice:-

We have imported a machine from Foreign Country in the m/o March.16 and we have paid all duties related to custom.

This machine not working properly and we want to return this machine to supplier in china.

Please confirm will my custom duty, CVD, ADI will be reversed or refunded by the department.
