One time factory stuffing permission - JNPT Port - Reg

We are manufacturer Exporter. We have earlier obtained one time stuffing permission for Export our finished goods in container through JNPT Port under physical supervision in factory by Central Excise officers. Consequent to transfer of promoter`s equity, the name of our earlier company has been changed. Accordingly, we have amended our PAN and Excise Registration.

Kindly let us know whether we have submit simple letter to JNPT Port with a copy of one time permission received by us in the name of earlier company to change in the name or we have to submit a fresh application alongwith all relevant documents and the prescribed format to the Customs authority at JNPT port to obtain one time stuffing permission in the name of new company.

Please guide us in the matter.
