Please advise us if EXPORT CEMENT qty. TO NEPAL BUT PROOF OF EXPORT for the same NOT RECEIVED THEN WHAT CAN I DO

You will have to arrange proof of export failing which clearance made to Nepal will be accounted for towards home consumption. You may apply for extension of time to the jurisdictional Divisional Officer.
