Some manufacturers are charging 5 % and others 12.5% .

I have gone through the State Budget and have observed that VAT on LED bulbs have been reduced in some States. Is that the Government is encouraging to go for LED which is cost efficient and long lasting which is beneficial to all. Your views please.
