CAN WE DEDUCT TDS ON TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER

DEAR EXPERTS

I want to know can we deduct tds on telephone service provider, my confusion is we are deducting tds on bill of internet service ( vendor is charging service tax on bill ) & same time telephone service provider also charging service tax but we are not deducting tds so, shall we deduct tds on telephone service provider bill..
