Sec.271 of Companies Act 2013

Guest

Dear Members,

Please suggest whether Sec.271 of Companies Act 2013 has been notified or not? If I suppose to issue notice for winding up of a company then which sec. would be applicable whether it is Sec.271 of Companies Act 2013 or Sec.433 and 434 of Companies Act 1956.

Regards

Pramod

Section 271 of Companies Act 2013 Unnotified; Follow Sections 433, 434 of 1956 Act for Winding-Up Notices. A query was raised about whether Section 271 of the Companies Act, 2013, concerning company winding up, has been notified. The individual inquired about the applicable sections for issuing a winding-up notice, questioning if it should be under Section 271 of the 2013 Act or Sections 433 and 434 of the Companies Act, 1956. The response clarified that the provisions under the 2013 Act have not been notified, and the procedures under the 1956 Act should be followed. (AI Summary)
