Who is provide Bill of Export and Shipping Bill.

Bill of Export must be filed for SEZ supplies before arrival; shipping bill not required and EODC needs export documentation.
Supplies to a SEZ under duty-free authorisation require a Bill of Export, which the SEZ customer must file; suppliers must appoint a Customs House Agent to file if the customer does not. Shipping Bills are not applicable for SEZ consignments. A copy of the Bill of Export is required to obtain EODC from DGFT and must be filed before the goods arrive at the SEZ.
