query about proof of export

vinit goyal

Dear Sr

Pl help me and answer me for one of my query about proof of export.

Query is that we are merchant exporter and we obtain the goods on the CT-1 and execute the Bond B-1 in Haryana excise.

Now i want to know the time limit for submission of proof of export to excise department as , Endorses ARE-1 , S.B. copy , BL Copy , Invoice bill etc. for credit the duty in our B-1 Bond value.?? It is time limit is 180 days or one year for submission of proof of export.

If the time limit is 180 days then we have not submitted the proof of export to excise department due to partially export of CT-1 Quantity then what is the solution to get refund the duty

Pl resolve my query earliest.

Regards

Vinit Goyal

Merchant Exporters Must Submit Export Proof Within 180 Days for B-1 Bond Credit; No Duty Refund Under CT-1. A merchant exporter inquires about the time limit for submitting proof of export to the excise department to credit duty in their B-1 Bond value. They mention obtaining goods on CT-1 and executing Bond B-1 in Haryana excise. The query seeks clarification on whether the submission deadline is 180 days or one year. The response clarifies that the time limit is 180 days from the removal of goods, and if goods are exported without payment of duty under CT-1, a refund of duty is not available. (AI Summary)
