Matter:- A partnership Deed is made on 16^th april, 2012. Place Mumbai. Name of firm xyz. Later on the partnership firm is completely shifted to gujrat i.e place of firm , business activity. Thus a Supplementary deed is made dated 16^th may 2015.

Thus following are some queries:-

• If I register xyz firm with Maharashtra rof question arise is place Mumbai is not now registered place because registered place is know gujrat if I register firm at today”s date.
• Partnership deed is made on stamp paper of Maharashtra

I request tell me the procedure of this situation for registration of deed.

In my opinion you have to surrender or dissolve partnership at Maharastra since you have no place of business. You have to obtain a fresh partnership at Gujarat.
