- A firm which is situated in Jaipur manufactures readymade garments and exports it in no. of countries.

 

- That the work of sewing and packing is done by appx. 30-35 job worker to whom above ₹ 10 Lac is paid yearly to every worker.

 

- The exemption not. 25/2012 S.No. 30 provides exemption to job worker of textile processing..

 

Now the ques. is Job worker who provides service of packing is exempt ?

 

Job worker who provides service of sewing / printing is exempt ?

 

 

EXCISE -

and the unit which manufactures and export garments are exempt under excise law or not ?
