form 403 for interstate sale

Dear Sir

We have been buying lables form Avery Dennison / bangalore for our garment unit at Daman.

Till 06.02.15 we were receiving the parcels from them in Daman, today suddenly they (AveryDennison) is asking for form 403, pl advise what to do.

It is compliance issue. It is statutorily required to accompany goods alongwith way bills i.e. VAT Form 403. Please procure it from the concerned VAT Department and provide to AveryDennison. Be cautioned that VAT Form 403 must be filled in all respects otherwise hefty penalty can be imposed by the VAT Department, if caught by the flying squads.
