C-form retrieval: taxpayers can obtain corrected forms by applying to the VAT department with documents or via state website.
A lost or misplaced inter-state sales declaration (C-form) can be replaced by obtaining a corrected or duplicate form from the state VAT/Commercial Tax Department upon submission of an application with supporting documents and identification of errors, even for prior fiscal years; alternatively, the state commercial tax website may allow electronic retrieval or reprinting of the issued C-form. (AI Summary)

One C-form we had received from jharkand. The form was misplaced. Can we take reprint from their sales Tax site. Is there any way to get back the form for the year 2012-13
