Reprint of c-form

One C-form we had received from jharkand. The form was misplaced. Can we take reprint from their sales Tax site. Is there any way to get back the form for the year 2012-13

You can get the corrected C form from the VAT Department after submitting the relevant documents with it and highlighting the mistakes on records, even it is pertaining to the F.Y. 2012-13.
