Undertaking Format

Guest

Dear Sir,

Is there any undertaking format to submit before High court that we will repay the refund granted to us under CESTAT. So we request to send us as urgent required. Thanks and Regards.

Undertaking for refund repayment: submit a signed statement on legal paper; seek advocate or consultant assistance. There is no prescribed proforma for an undertaking to repay a refund. Prepare a signed declaration on legal paper with double spacing and margins, signed by the Authorized Signatory and accompanied by the Power of Attorney; an advocate or consultant can assist in drafting or providing a uniform proforma. Dear Sandesh,

There is no such format, however, it can be typed on legal paper with double spacing line margin duly signed by the Authorized Signatory and POA should be submitted. If required, your advocate can help you out in this matter.

Yes sir, the views expressed above are correct.

It would be advisable to contact any consultant who have an uniform prescribed proforma.
