Most of the exporters procure these seals from shipping lines. Please contact the shipping line/CHA.

As per trade notice No. 04/2008 by Mumbai-IV Commissionerate, the rate is Rs. 12 per bottle seal. The charges are to be paid through GAR-7 challan.
