Balance remaining in PLA Account

Dear Sir,

If one of our factory has been closed down and relevant excise registration certificate is also surrendered to department, but there is balance credit amt in pla account of such factory, then what can be done of such balance remaining in PLa Account. please explain,pls give us any reference regarding this, thanks and regards.
