Dear Harkirat,

You can apply for an Advance Authorization (License) for manganese ore for manufacturing of HCFM as per the Chapter 4 of the FTP read with HBP Vol.1. If SION are not mentioned for the HCFM, then, you may get it fixed by filing an application, manufacturing procedure with all relevant documents, to the RA.

Meeting the Export Obligations and submitting the EODC to the concerned department as per the terms and condition of the Advance Authorization, is must and precondition.
