Authorized share Capital Increase

Authorized Share Capital Increase: procedural requirements and professional fee considerations, with recommendation to engage a company secretary and ensure ROC compliance.
Increase of authorized share capital for a private company requires attention to ROC filing fees and share allotment formalities to directors; the sole reply recommends engaging a practising company secretary to calculate fees, prepare resolutions and filings, and manage allotment compliance without providing specific fee figures. (AI Summary)

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have a Private limited Company in Hyderabad, with Authorized share capital of Rs. 5 Lakhs and we would like to increase the share capital to more Rs. 5 Lakhs, could you please tell me how much does it cost.

Roc Fee for Increasing Capital to more Rs. 5 Lakhs
and Fee for Share Allotment to the Directors.

Please help me out.

Kind Regards,
Praveen.

It is better to approach the practising Company Secretaries in your area for this purpose which would better be served.
