How to Get Advance Authorization License , What is Procedure ?

Advance Authorization License procedure requires application to DGFT with prescribed documents and CA certification. Advance Authorization License requires applying to the Director General of Foreign Trade with a completed application form and specified documents: Import Export Code, certified RCMC or FIEO membership proof, proforma invoice, import or re export order copy, a calculation sheet proving entitlement, and a Chartered Accountant certificate where applicable; procedural eligibility and formal requirements are governed by Chapter 4 of the Foreign Trade Policy and the Handbook of Procedures Volume I read with the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act. Contact nearest DGFT copy with application form and documents such as I.E.C. code, certified copy of RCMC / FIEO, Performa invoice, import order copy/re-export order copy, calculation sheet,           C.A. certificate etc.
