MAT credit entitlement: claimability of unclaimed prior-year credit in a later assessment year remains unresolved in this record.
Query concerns entitlement to MAT credit when a taxpayer omitted to claim the credit in the immediately following assessment year and asks whether it can be claimed in a later assessment year; the lone response provides no substantive legal or procedural guidance. (AI Summary)

Dear Sir,

Suppose i had MAT credit entitlement of Rs. 2,00,000/- in the A.Y 2012-13 but in the return of A.Y. 2013-14 i forgot to claim that. So can i claim that in the A.Y. 2014-15.
