to know the rate of duty under budget-2014

Respected Sir,

                         As regarding above subject, I want to know rate of duty announced in the budget-2014,one of my clients is manufacturing  goods of tariff relating to the CETSH 68042220 & 68109990  s before budget it was 12 percent or it will be 10 percent after the budget announced on 17-02-2014.Please reply.

It will remain same as it was before the interim budget announced on 17-02-2014.

Excise duty Rate is Changed only of Tarrif  84 & 85 in the Interim budget 2014.Hence In your case the excise tarrif rate as on today is of 12 percent only.
