Payment received in rupees against Nepal Export

Dear Expert,

We have received payment in rupees against Nepal Export. Will we submit BRC in excise department for final proof of export or can we submit bank statement in excise department for final proof of export ? Is it necessary to received payment in Cheque or RTGS. How can we prove that payment received by Party. Pl. Advice.
