                         As regarding above subject,as u know that the election has been announced & the budget will be declared on 28-02-14, if there is any change in the duty will it be implemented on 01-03-2014 or it will be implemented after the new budget in JULY-2014.Please reply.

Why you Worried for 28/02/2014 on today.you must have wait for the 28/02/2014.Finanace Minister will not be declared budget on 28/02/2014.Budget will be present by new  government.
