Query Regarding TDS report

Dear sir / Madam,

I had given wrong distribution of Salary for one employee to my CA in the TDS report with Form 27A. Should it be possible to change it. If yes, then any charges to be paid for correction and If no, then does it make any difference as total salary given to employee monthly is correctly mentioned in the statement. It just the distribution which is not correct.
