Consortium registering under Project Import Regulations

I need a clarity for a project which has been awarded to a consortium.

Are parties of the consortium eligiblke to register the project under Project Import Reggulations individually?

If yes,could you quote the Notification ,Case Laws etc  and the same for otherwise also.

I think the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries vide F. No. 7(6)/2013-ED  with the Subject: Guidelines for sponsoring of project import by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries dated 14th August 2013 may be referred for New Import Scheme..
