Clearing goods against CT-1

Dear sir

I have taken a CT-1 for 10000 Nos of an item  at the rate of 50/- Costing 5 lacs, with Ct-1 duty Rs.61800. My Bond balance is 642000. Is there any provision that this amount in CT-1 can be exceeded, at the time of stuffing by a small quantity. This happens when there is excess space available in container.
